"We're sorry, this video is no longer available"

I’ve seen this a lot and i thought that the video really is no longer available. But When i opened one of my videos, i saw this error “We’re sorry, this video is no longer available” …..what the. Why this video? I didn’t remove it neither flagged it.

I searched in Youtube forums an’ one of the guys said: if you add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL you will be able to watch the video. Annnd it worked….You can try it.
